Self-love is honest.
It's obviously very personally attuned.
It's like 100 people in a room.
All looking at 1 point of reference: an empty room, a piece of art, a person, a movie-the many perspectives that sparks-the spark is self-love.
It's allowing the self to feel, observe and experience.
I remember as a child all I wanted to do was experience-freedom-like in flight, in fashion and in being fearless.
I did the most ridiculous stunts that scared the crap out of my mom for sure but I just trusted myself to let go and be in the now.
Self-love is that unconditional feeling we all tend to seek in another (moment, experience, person, place, thing).
It is transcending of all space and time.
Self-love is the mind meeting the heart space and working thru mankind, the birds, the bees, the flowers, the trees.
It is the art of...
...being way down and finding your way back up.
Self love is knowing that you are created to be a creator.

A creator of what self-love looks like, feels like and builds like for yourself and everything around you.
It's a spiraling-that brings soul willing.
Its limitless possibilities and breaking thru glass ceilings.
Self love is the notion that nothing is, as southern black folk like to say, too hard for God-not today, not yesterday, not ever.
The manifestation of that comes in many forms but it particularly shows up in the present.
The right now is so full of abundance and grace and mercy and resilience and incredible design and perfect imperfections. The manifestations of taking a deep breath, of walking on my two feet (seemingly without any help), of showcasing my creative abilities.
They really show ups when I can make someone else smile, ponder or have a moment worthwhile.
That's when I see love in someone else's myself eyes.
It's magical.
I tend not to give advice-if I can help it.
Self-love starts with being true-true to you.
So that's the real beauty of self-love there's space for All.
Whatever feels good to your soul, will feel good to the whole.
To me that's playing your role...on this earth ("getting to the heart of the matter").
